RVTopTen.com Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to information practices related to our website, www.RVTopTen.com. Although this website contains links to other websites, please be aware that RVTopTen does not investigate nor are we responsible for the privacy practices of the sites we show links for or any other sites. If you follow a link to another website, you should carefully read and be aware of the privacy policy of that site.
Cookies
We serve cookies on this website. Cookies are small amounts of data created by a website, served when you visit a website, delivered through a web browser, and stored by the browser on your computer in a specific location for a specific amount of time. Your browser returns a copy of that cookie only to the website that served the cookie each time you revisit that website. Nearly every website delivers cookies and your computer has many of them stored. Cookies provide a means for a website that you visit to keep track of your preferences, allow you access to certain features and pages, as well as identify you as a return visitor. Cookies make the personalization of your web experiences possible, so that you do not need to re-enter your information or preferences each time you visit a given website.
We serve a cookie from our website when members log in so that they can navigate to member-only pages on this site. We also serve a cookie to facilitate the anonymous consumer web traffic referred to elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. A randomly-generated anonymous identifier is assigned to that cookie to enable this process.
You have the ability to manage the use of cookies on your computer using controls in your web browser. To learn more about how to manage cookies, visit

Personal Information Collected on this Website
No Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") is collected on this website from anonymous consumers that browse the website for information, nor is any PII contained in the cookies we serve.
The only PII collected on this website is gathered on our feedback and membership pages, where fields are provided so that you can enter your name, email address and phone contact information. We collect this information so that we can respond to the questions and comments that you send to us. We do not merge any of the PII collected via any of our forms with anonymous data collected on our website, such as number of times a particular page is shown or the links clicked most often, this latter information being analyzed to make this site easier and faster for you to use.
RVTopTen is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. RVTopTen will not rent, sell or otherwise provide PII about you to third parties for any reason except when required to assist in resolving an issue you raise with us or as required by law.
However, you need to be aware of two situations that require your attention to exercise your choice of having information collected about you.
First is about anonymous information collected while visiting Web sites. We use third-party advertising companies like Google to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may serve cookies and use information about your visits to this and other websites (NOT including your name, address, email address or telephone number) in order to provide advertisements about goods and services they think are of interest to you. This is called Online Preference Marketing ("OPM"). If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies,

Second, OPM is the basis upon which Interest Based Advertising ("IBA"), or behavioral marketing is built. IBA will allow advertisers to show ads based on a collected combination of a consumer's previous interactions with them, such as visits to the advertiser website, this website, and other websites. RVTopTen does not block or otherwise inhibit the collection of anonymous information usable by OPM or IBA. That choice is yours. To enable a consumer to opt out, the National Advertising Initiative (NAI) website or advertising company must serve and have stored an "opt-out cookie" on the consumer's computer. At the NAI website, the setting of that opt-out cookie occurs when the consumer chooses, via one of the opt-out pages, not to participate in the OPM practices of an NAI member company. The only way that an NAI member company will be able to know that a consumer has chosen not to participate in OPM is if the member company can read an opt-out cookie from the consumer's browser. To learn more about how the opt-out process works,

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
As our organization, membership and services evolve, this Privacy Policy may be revised to reflect those changes, where applicable. We therefore reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason. Notice of such amendments will be posted as an updated Privacy Policy on this website, and an effective date will be indicated. Users are encouraged to check our site frequently to review the current Privacy Policy in effect.
